Meet Leah
Live Long. Live Well. Live Younger.
For most of my life, I've been fascinated by transformation, by seeing what something is today and imagining what it could become.
For 30 years, that passion was expressed through interior design and architecture. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture, and built a career working across a broad range of design and architectural environments. I loved the creative process, the relationships, and the opportunity to help people transform the spaces around them.
But as I entered a new chapter of my life, I began asking myself a different question:
What if I could use my experience, energy, and passion to help transform people's lives, not just their surroundings?
Health and wellness had always been important to me. With a background as a fitness instructor and a lifelong interest in staying active and living well, I was naturally drawn to ideas that could help people support their health and vitality.
In 2021, that path led me to LifeWave and phototherapy technology.
What began as an interest in an innovative approach to wellness quickly became something much bigger for me. I saw an opportunity to help people from all walks of life become more engaged in their own well-being—to think differently about aging, vitality, and what's possible in the years ahead.
And I realized that this was the kind of impact I had been looking for.
Finding the “Why”
Today, one of the most meaningful parts of what I do is helping people discover what they truly want.
I've learned that lasting change usually begins with a strong why.
Why do you want to feel better?
Why does your health matter to you?
Why would greater financial freedom make a difference in your life?
What would become possible if you had more energy, more choices, or more freedom to spend your time the way you want?
I don't believe those answers are the same for everyone—and that's exactly the point.
My approach is personal. I'm a teacher, an encourager, and a hands-on mentor, but first, I'm a listener. I want to meet people where they are, understand where they want to go, and help them find a path that feels meaningful to them.
For some, that means taking greater ownership of their wellness and feeling more vibrant in everyday life. For others, it means discovering a new sense of purpose, building a business, creating greater financial freedom, or becoming part of a community where they can grow while helping others.
My goal isn't to define someone else's version of success.
It's to help them discover it.
A New Kind of Leadership
One of the most unexpected gifts of my LifeWave journey has been discovering the leader within myself.
As I've built my organization and advanced through the company's highest leadership ranks, I've had opportunities to teach, mentor, train, and speak at LifeWave corporate events. Each experience has challenged me to grow in ways I didn't anticipate when I began this journey.
I've gained confidence. I've learned how to lead people with different personalities, backgrounds, goals, and dreams. And I've discovered how much I love helping someone else recognize potential in themselves that they may not see yet.
Looking back, I realize my two careers aren't as different as they might appear.
For 30 years, I helped people envision possibilities and transform the environments around them.
Today, I still listen. I still envision. I still create. And I still help people see possibilities.
The difference is that now, those possibilities are about people and their lives.
The Person Behind the Purpose
As important as my work is to me, it's only part of who I am.
Family is foundational in my life. I believe where we come from and the relationships we build along the way help shape who we become.
I call Houston, Texas, home, but I've always had a love of exploring the world. I spent seven years living in Mexico and nine months living in Africa, experiences that gave me the opportunity to do something I treasure: immerse myself in local communities, experience different cultures, and connect with people whose lives and perspectives may be very different from my own.
Those experiences have taught me how much we can learn from one another—and how much we have in common, regardless of where we come from.
I'm also happiest outside.
I love the country, hiking, biking, traveling, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and just about anything that allows me to be active and surrounded by nature. I want to participate fully in life, experience new things, meet new people, and keep exploring.
Live Long. Live Well. Live Younger.
To me, longevity isn't simply about adding more years to life. It's about bringing more life to those years—more vitality, purpose, connection, adventure, contribution, and joy.
That's what I want for myself.
It's what I want for the people I love.
And it's what inspires me every day to help others discover what living well can mean for them.
Because I believe our best years don't have to be behind us.
There can be so much more ahead.
